Specifically, the HR service transmits your professional or personal email address to the provider. You then receive an invitation email containing a link to create your account. This email sometimes ends up in the spam folder, which explains why many employees think they have never received their credentials.
If you want to access MyArkevia online vault, the first step is to check your spam folder and look for a message from the sender related to Cegedim or Arkevia. If that fails, contact your payroll department to have them resend the invitation.
MyArkevia login: web browser, no mobile app
Are you looking for a MyArkevia app on your phone? It does not exist at the moment. Access is only via a web browser, on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. The site is responsive, meaning it adapts to the size of your screen, but there is no dedicated app to download.
To log in, go to the MyArkevia portal. You will need two pieces of information: your email address (the one provided by your employer) and the password you set when creating the account.
The secret code, an additional lock
In addition to the standard password, MyArkevia uses a secret code that you set yourself upon registration. This code is required for sensitive actions: downloading documents, modifying personal data.
- The password is used to open your session on the platform.
- The secret code protects access to the documents themselves and management operations.
- If you forget either one, a reset procedure is available directly on the login page, via your email address.
Do not choose the same secret code as your password. This double barrier is only useful if both are distinct.

This is a distinction often misunderstood. You retain access to what has been deposited, not to what could have been. If your company changes providers or terminates its contract before having deposited certain months, those missing pay slips will not be added retroactively.
Data security and certification of the digital vault
MyArkevia is based on a certified digital vault NF 461, a standard that guarantees three things: the integrity of the deposited files (they cannot be modified after deposit), their availability over time, and the confidentiality of access.
Have you ever opened a PDF and found that the content seemed altered? With a certified vault, each document receives a digital fingerprint at the time of deposit. Any subsequent modification would be detected. The pay slip stored in MyArkevia has the same legal value as its paper version.
Compliance with GDPR
Your personal data (name, address, salary) are processed under the General Data Protection Regulation. You can request the deletion of your account, but keep in mind that deleting the account also removes access to archived documents. It is better to download your pay slips before any closure request.
